FAIL.

Due to a misunderstanding (read: inexplicable incompetence) from the scheduling center, Linus's surgery was NOT this morning. He had a consultation, hearing test, etc, and at the moment I'm waiting to be called back by the surgery schedulers to make an appointment for the real deal. The appointment may not be for another 3-4 weeks, but the doctor said that I can have the schedulers be in touch with him about trying to get Linus in earlier because the OTHER schedulers were not so good about scheduling. Which is their job. Their ONLY job.
